ColdSpring's approach to development will include the construction of new buildings as well as extensions, refurbishments and redevelopment of existing buildings, either on a speculative or a pre-let basis.

ColdSpring will only undertake development once it has researched the local market to identify supply and demand with the aim of ensuring that when the project is completed there will be a successful letting or sale.

Over the last 20 years the Directors have built up experience from direct involvement in many types of major commercial development. Such experience includes the assembly of sites, securing the necessary planning and other statutory consents, identifying and resolving environmental issues, appointing and briefing design teams, managing the building contract and the construction process.

ColdSpring will co-ordinate the marketing campaign, including instructing letting agents , marketing consultants and the subsequent lettings and sales.
